While working for MS3 Marketing, developed and launched in October 2008 a new website for the American Advantage Mortgage Company.

Responsibilities: Account Director, Information Architect, Technical Specifications

This was a comprehensive site overhaul, which included:

• Creating content for various user types (consumer financing, business financing, business partners).
• Creating nearly 30 videos featuring client testimonials and financial advice.
• Implementing multiple call-to-action (phone, email, online form, instant messenger) and Tell-a-friend functionality.
• Establishing a Q&A section intended to grow organically with visitor feedback.
• Staff bios for 35 employees across 10 offices.
• Built using current Search Engine Optimization best practices.
