While working for MS3 Marketing, developed and launched a new website for
RHR International.

Responsibilities: Account Director, Information Architect, Technical Specifications, Content Organization

RHR International Company is the premier firm in management psychology, having pioneered the field in the late 1930s. They help leading companies around the world with CEO succession, merger integration, coaching C-level executives, identifying up and coming executives and improving overall organization effectiveness.

After nearly a two-year process of analysis and determining how to position the company for the future, the website launched in September 2008. This was a comprehensive overhaul which included:

• Refreshed identity (logo, marketing materials, online presence).
• Conducted primary research to learn more about the website visitor types, the information that was most important to them.
• Made more content accessible online — Nearly a hundred white papers, research, case studies, Executive Insights and brochures.
• More robust information section for consultant career seekers.
• Video interviews with clients and consultants.
• Site redesign based on Search Engine Optimization best practices.
• Better representation of international offices.
